We have been surveying digital and creative businesses and employees in the South West with a view to providing valuable insights on the industry and to ‘mythbust’ negative preconceptions. The talk will provide an overview on both survey, detailing any trends and variations between company and employee requirements. There will then be some self-help tips for digital and creative companies on how to reposition their recruitment model to attract the right people. And we’ll give employees self-help tips on how to stand out with applications.
